15 oz canned pinto beans drained and rinsed
15 oz canned black beans drained and rinsed
2 x carrots sliced
1 x red bell pepper chopped
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
14 oz canned tomatoes diced, undrained
2 cup water
1/2 cup bulgur uncooked
1 cup frozen corn
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
Instructions: In large stockpot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Stir often to prevent bulgur from sticking, serves four.

NOTES : I forgot to add the water and it makes a hearty stew that way!
