Instructions: Preheat oven to 375
Mix cheese, pepperoni, oregano, and egg yolk. Seperate crescents into four rectangles, pressing remaining perforations to seal. E Spread 3 Tablespoons of filling on each rectangle. Roll up from short end, pinching to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and brush with egg white. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. NOTES : This recipe is from a woman in my bunko group... You can also make a variation of these for brunch. EJust replace the mozzerella and pepperoni with Canadian bacon and Cheddar. Email this Recipe:
