Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 can	Beer (12 oz.)
1/2 cup	Chili sauce
1/4 cup	Salad oil
2 tbl	Soy sauce
1 tbl	Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp	Red pepper sauce
1/8 tsp	Liquid smoke
1/2 cup	Coarsely chopped onion
2 cl	Garlic, crushed
3 lb	Beef sirloin steak, 1 1/2 - 2 inches thick
1 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients except steak, salt & pepper; simmer 30 minutes. Brush meat with sauce. Place steak on grill 4 inches from medium coals. Cook 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently wth sauce. Season with salt and pepper after turning and after removing from grill. Serve with remaining sauce.
