1/4 cup Honey
3/4 cup Orange juice
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 lb Unsweetened pitted prunes
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the honey, orange juice and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Add prunes and cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and chop the prunes. Add the orange rind. Cool before filling squares.
