Instructions: Combine both cans of pineapple in a bowl. Sprinkle pistachio pudding on top of the pineapple. Let sit for 3 minutes. Combine nuts and coconut and fold into pineapple mixture. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
