3 x egg whites
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup plain flour
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180deg.C. Line 25cm X 10cm loaf tin and 2 baking trays with Glad Bake.

2. Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar to form a meringue. Fold in flour and pistachios. Spoon mixture into prepared tin, smoothing the surface.

3. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until firm to touch. Remove from oven and unmould onto wire cake rack. When cool, cut into very thin slices and place on baking trays. Reduce oven temperature to 150deg.C. Cook slices until dry and very lightly coloured.
