Instructions: Place bulgur in small bowl; pour boiling water over bulgur. Let stand 45 minutes. Drain in sieve, squeeze out as much water as possible by gently pressing grains with a spoon.
Combine grapes, feta, carrots, cucumbers; mix well. Spoon 3/4 cup grape mixture on half of pita bread and spoon Lemon Yogurt Dressing on top. Fold pita in half and hold together with sandwich pick. Lemon Yogurt Dressing: Combine 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1 clove garlic, mashed, 3/4 teaspoon dill weed, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper; mix well.
