2 cup Whole wheat flour
2 cup Bread flour
2 tsp Yeast
2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated (optional)
2/3 cup Mushrooms, chopped (optional)
2/3 cup Pepperoni, diced (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Add one or two of the optional ingredients after the first kneading period when the dough has formed a smooth ball.

Maked a 1.5 pound loaf.
