Instructions: In large mixing bowl, combine yeast, 1 cup of flour and salt.
Add water and oil. Beat at low speed 1/2 min., scrapping sides of bowl. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough of remaining flour to make a stiff dough. Knead, let stand till dough doubles in size. 1 1/2 hours. Punch down, cover and chill, 2 hours. Divide into 3 or 4 balls. Brush with oil. Roll thin. Bake at 450 degrees. Email this Recipe:
