Let rise as usual, punch down, form rolls, place on cornmeal coated pizza peel, let rise, slide onto pre-heated pizza stone (pre-heat on broil for 20 minutes at least), turn down oven, to about 400F, bake, spraying with water two or three times. Take out when done. Slather with butter. Eat. These rolls remind me of the brotchen I ate in Germany years ago. NOTES : The pizza dough is the same one on the Fleischmanns Yeast Bakers site. I usually make a double batch, and that makes 16 rolls. No, I do not have a fancy oven, I use a spray bottle and spray the rolls and the oven several times in the baking. Also, I read somewhere that it is *not* a good idea to throw ice cubes in the oven. The recipe (which is supposed to make two thin crust pizzas) is something like: Email this Recipe:
