Instructions: Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds. Cook peppers 5 minutes in boiling salted water to cover; drain peppers and set aside. Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain. Combine sausage and next 5 ingredients; cover and cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until rice is done. Fill green peppers with meat mixture; place in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes.
