Instructions: Mix. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Drain any grease. Top with 10 - 1/2 ounce can of pizza sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Return to oven to melt and heat ingredients.
