Instructions: Mix up or purchase a sweet, tangy BBQ sauce. Mine is really simple, just ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and worchestershire mixed together until
the color is a ruddy brown, and the texture is a syruppy glaze. It should taste very sweet, but the flavor will dilute as it mixes with all the flavors. Coat skinless chicken or turkey breasts, and grill them BBQ style.

Put a coat of the sauce on the pizza crust, (I pre-bake mine) followed if you like by the regular tomato sauce. Then put on the FF cheese, followed by toppings so the cheese melts better. When the chicken is done, I shred it, and put it on the pie with round slices of sweet red onions, green and red peppers, and pineapple chunks. Of course, as with all recipes, this one
is constantly under revision. If someone improves it, please let me know!
