Instructions: Use as much of each ingredient as you like, according to taste. Chop the spring onions and leeks and saute in a little butter or oil. Heat a pizza stone or baking tray in a hot oven. If using a pizza stone, place the pizza dough on to it. Spread pesto sauce on the pizza and add the lobster. Add the leeks and spring onions, plum tomatoes and lobster claws and tails if you like.
Drizzle with some olive oil and ground pepper, then cook in the hot oven for 8 minutes. Garnish with basil and creme fraiche. Email this Recipe:
