Instructions: Lightly smear the pizza base with tomato sauce (qv basic tomato sauce). Roughly scatter with a generous handful of whole or torn basil leaves. Break up some mozzarella and scatter the pieces evenly(ish) round the pizza. Add some freshly ground black pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes at 240C/475F/gas 9. When ready drizzle with your best olive oil.
