Instructions: Heat the aga grill pan on the floor of the roasting oven for 3 to 4 minutes until really hot.
Place in the steaks and fry quickly for 2 to 3 minutes until browned both sides. Add the garlic salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and herbs and a little olive oil if necessary. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the tomatoes are softened. Serve immediately. A lovely summer dish to eat when tomatoes and fresh basil are plentiful and full of flavour. If you do not have the ridged aga grill pan a good quality frying pan can be used. Crusty bread is good for mopping up the juices. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
