12 slc Atkins bread - (very thin)
3/4 cup controlled-carb tomato sauce
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
2 tbl chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: Using a 3-inch round cookie cutter, cut discs from each slice of bread (save leftovers to make bread crumbs). Toast lightly in toaster-oven until crisp.

Spread 1 tablespoon sauce onto each pizza, top with a generous tablespoon of shredded cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano.

Bake on broiler tray 23 minutes, until cheese melts.

This recipe yields 12 servings.

Comments: Freeze uncovered in a single layer, without herb garnish. Seal in airtight freezer bags.
