Instructions: Rub salmon with Bayou Blast and place on the cedar plank. Place salmon on grill, close the lid. Chop grilled onion and pepper and add to BBQ sauce. After 4 minutes, brush BBQ sauce on salmon. Let cook 2 more minutes and serve with potato salad.
For the potato salad: Mix potatoes, cilantro, green onions, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Email this Recipe:
