Instructions: Add sugar, butter, and salt to scalded milk. When lukewarm, add dissolved yeast, eggs and flour. Beat thoroughly. Cover and let rise until double.
Stir down and let rise again, until double. Then take 1 teaspoon of dough and dip in butter (melted), then roll in mixture of sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Pile balls loosely in ungreased angel food cake pan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, and then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When baked, turn the pan upside down immediately. Serve warm. The rolls will be stuck together and thats the way you serve them. Everyone plucks his roll from the central supply. These can be reheated in the oven if wrapped in foil.
