2 cup sugar
2 cup self-rising flour
3 x Eggs
1 tbl apple pie spice
1 cup oil
2 sm jars plumb baby food
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix eggs and 1 cup of sugar; beat in plums and oil.

Add flour, remaining cup of sugar and spice.

Stir in pecans.

Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
