2 lb	Apples
4 med	Onions
1 qt	Vinegar
2 tbl	Grated ginger root
2 tbl	Cloves
6 lb	Plums, pitted
1 tsp	Garlic salt
2 tbl	Salt
1/2 tsp	Red pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Pare and core apples. Chop apples, onions, and plums. Combine all ingredients. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thick. Mrs. J.F. Mabie, Happy Hollow, WA.
