Instructions: Cook noodles, toss through remaining ingredients Pour boiling water over bok choy and capsicum, stand for 2 minutes then drain. Keep warm
Preheat wok. Pour in oil, stir-fry kangaroo for 1-2 min. Remove onto a warm plate Add bok choy, capsicum and a little oil (if needed) to wok, stir-fry for 1 min. Return kangaroo and vegetables, pour in sauce, stir-fry until sauce boils. Serve with noodles. Email this Recipe:
