Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
400 gm kangaroo topside cut into thin slices or strips
1 tbl vegetable oil
1 bn bok choy cut into 2 cm lengths
1 lrg red capsicum cut into 2 cm squares
----------------- Plum sauce: ----------------
mix together in a bowl
1 x chopped clv garlic
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
chilli sauce to taste
2 x table spoon plum savoury sauce
2 tbl soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
----------------- Sesame noodles: ----------------
250 gm hookein noodles
3 x spring onions, finely chopped including tops
3 tbl toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook noodles, toss through remaining ingredients Pour boiling water over bok choy and capsicum, stand for 2 minutes then drain. Keep warm

Preheat wok. Pour in oil, stir-fry kangaroo for 1-2 min. Remove onto a warm plate Add bok choy, capsicum and a little oil (if needed) to wok, stir-fry for 1 min.

Return kangaroo and vegetables, pour in sauce, stir-fry until sauce boils.

Serve with noodles.
