Instructions: Cut a pre rolled sheet of puff pastry in half and score the sides 1 cm within the edge (to make a frame that will rise and contain the fruit).

Then within the scored borders cover the pastry with halved plums cut side up and blueberries; sprinkle well with sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 200 0/400F/Gas Mark 6 until puffed and golden (about. 20 minutes).

Brush all over with warmed plum or apricot jam and eat with cream or soft cheese.
