Instructions: Preheat oven to 220c/425f.
1 Cook the plums gently in a pan with the cinnamon and orange until soft. Cool slightly, and place in the bottom of an 8" or 9" ovenproof dish. 2 For the Dough: Sift the flour, baking powder, stir in the sugar and rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in enough cream to give a fairly soft dough. 3 Lightly roll out the dough to fit the dish, and place on top. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Email this Recipe:
