Ingredients:

6 x ripe plums
100 gm blueberries
100 gm raspberries
2 tbl lemon juice
2 tbl sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the plums in half and remove the stones.

Slice the fruit into quarters then put in a glass or china bowl with the blueberries raspberries lemon juice and sugar.

Set aside in a cool place for an hour.

There will be a rich fruity syrup at the bottom of the bowl.

A few minutes before serving spoon the fruit and their syrup into long tall glasses champagne glasses if you like then pour over the chilled muscat.

Of all the imported fruit around plums and berries are the most successful.

Check that the plums are well and truly ripe before you use them.
