Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl Olive oil
1 cup Chopped onions
2 x Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp Cajun Sunshine (hot pepper sauce)
4 med Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
1 tbl Red wine vinegar
1 x Bay leaf
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
10 x To 15 strands saffron
1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onions until transluscent. Add garlic and hot sauce, cook about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredient, exc..ept chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Place chicken on top of sauce, cover pan, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.

Serves 4.

I thought it was rather tasty, but John complained it wasnt spicy enough.
