Instructions: Horseradish Sauce
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutess. Add salmon steaks; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove skillet from heat; let stand 8 minutes. Remove salmon steaks to serving plate; serve with Horseradish Sauce. Yield: 4 servings Horseradish sauce 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt 2 tsp prepared horseradish 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp chopped chives Combine all ingredients; cover and chill.
