1 cup	Chocolate Discs -- blue
1 cup	Chocolate Discs -- green
1 stk	Butter or Margarine -- divided
1/2 cup	Peanut Butter, creamy
6 cup	Cereal -- Crispex brand
2 cup	Pretzels -- miniature
2 cup	M & Ms(r) plain chocolate candy
2 cup	Peanuts, dry-roasted

Instructions:

Instructions: Place pretzels, cereal, M & Ms and peanuts in a large bowl. Toss to mix.

Melt blue chocolate discs, 1/2 stick butter and 1/4 c peanut butter in microwave. Repeat with green chocolate discs. Pour blue over mixture in bowl, toss lightly. Pour green over, toss again. Toss to coat. Pour sugar into a large grocery bag, add mixture and shake to coat well. Place in covered containers or jars.
