Ingredients:

3/4 cup Polenta -- (at the Supers)
2 cup Chicken broth
1/2 tsp Salt
----------------- Sauce: ----------------
2 tbl Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
4 tbl Chopped onion
1/4 tsp Oregano
4 tbl Water
Salt and pepper -- to taste
6 x Italian Hot sausages -- cut
In half
2 cup Water
1 x Handful
Canned tomatoes
Instructions:
Instructions: To make the sauce, add [2 tbls] olive oil in a pan, add chopped onions and cook until tender. Add canned tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano and water.

Cook until thick. Add sausages and cook to- gether for about 5 minutes. To make the polenta, heat chicken broth until hot, add polenta and salt. Cook until thick. (can be eaten with a spoon) Place hot cooked polenta in individual warm serving dishes. Top with sauce, sausages and parmesan cheese.
