Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 lb Lean pork, ground
1/4 lb Veal, ground
63/1000 lb Fresh pork fat
4 tsp Salt
1/2 tbl Sage, dried
1 tbl Marjoram, dried
2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp Sweet Hungarian Paprika
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cayenne
3 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all together very well. Stuff about 8 feet of casing. Smoke as usual.

Dont get it too dry.
