Ingredients:

1 kg pork, diced
2 tsp garlic, crushed
1 x onions, medium
4 tbl lemon, juice of
1/2 tbl sugar, brown
4 tbl soy sauce
1 tsp chilli paste
1 tbl coriander
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut pork into 2.5 cm cubes.

Dice onions.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add pork cubes and allow to marinate at least 2 hours.

Thread pork onto metal skewers and grill over charcoal or in a hot pan, basting with marinade for 4-5 minutes or until cooked.
