2 tsp	Baking powder
1/4 tsp	Salt
2 tbl	White sugar
2 tbl	Shortening
1/2 cup	Raisins
1/2 cup	Milk
	----------------- SAUCE ----------------
1 cup	Brown sugar
1 tbl	Butter

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix pudding ingred. together. Pat it into a rounded shape and place in a casserole dish. Make sauce. Pour over pudding and bake for 1/2 hour at 350F. The pudding rises like an island surrounded by a thin but delicious butterscotch sauce
