to deep fry:
Heat vegetable oil to 190C/375F.
Insert poppadum.
It will sizzle and enlarge at
once.

to grill:
Preheat grill to about three quarters.

Place one poppadum on toaster rack.

It will cook very quickly no more than 10 seconds.

Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Withdraw when fully cooked.

These can be served at once or when you are ready.
