Instructions: 1. Line flan tin with pastry.
2. Bruise poppy seeds in coffee mill to release flavour. 3. Mix seeds with groun almonds and crumbled amaretti. 4.Cream caster sugar and butter untill light and fluffy. 5.Beat in a little egg followed by a couple of spoons of almond mix. 6.Spread filling in flan case and sprinkle flaked almonds on top. 7.Bake 30-40 mins @ 350F (180C) 1 hour. Protect with foil if necessery. Turn down oven if necessary. 8.Dust with icng sugar- serve luke warm. Serving Ideas : maybe cream maybe not! NOTES : Very delicious! Email this Recipe:
