Instructions: Sprinkle salt, cinnamon and pepper over pork; add apple, bread crumbs, and walnuts. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape mixture into 40 meatballs (1 scant tablespoon each). Brown meatballs, in batches, in large skillet. Pour off drippings. Return meatballs to skillet. Add water, cover tightly and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Transfer meatballs to warm chafing dish using slotted spoon. Stir apple jelly into cooking liquid in skillet and cook until melted. Pour sauce over meatballs.
