Instructions: Coat the pork in the flour
Place in an ovenproof casserole dish. Brown the pork in a preheated non stick frying pan. Add the bacon and garlic and cook for 2 minutes Stir in the wine stock bouquet garni onions and seasoning. Cover and cook in a preheated oven for one hour. Add the mushrooms cover and cook for a further fifteen minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
