Ingredients:

1 lb ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 x to 1/3 cup milk
1 x egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbl butter or margarine

1 tbl butter or margarine
1 tbl flour
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: To prepare pork balls, combine bread crumbs and milk; allow to soak a few minutes. Add ground pork, egg, onion, lemon juice, salt, and paprika. Shape into 18 to 24 balls. Roll in a bit of flour, then brown in melted butter in 10 inch skillet. Brown on all sides. Cover and cook slowly, about 18 minutes, until pork is cooked. Remove balls from skillet; keep warm.

Prepare sauce: Melt butter in skillet. Blend in flour and mustard. Add milk; cook until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly. Return pork balls to skillet; heat through. Cook noodles as package directs. Toss noodles with 2 Tbls butter. Serve pork balls over noodles.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
