Instructions: Trim off excess fat. Season chops. Brown in lightly greased skillet. Top each chop with slice of onion, 1 tablespoon rice & top with a whole tomato.
Add any remaining tomatoes & juice to skillet. Season with salt & pepper. Cover tightly & simmer in skillet 1-1/2 hours or put in covered baking dish & bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours. Yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
