6 x pork loin chops, about 1" thick
2 can cut green beans - (16 oz ea)
1 can whole kernel corn - (12 oz)
1 tbl finely-chopped onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
2 tbl cornstarch
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown pork chops in a small amount of fat in a skillet. Put vegetables and browned chops into an electric cooker. Add seasonings.

Mix cornstarch and a small amount of tomato sauce. Add cornstarch mixture and remaining tomato sauce to cooker; mix. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
