4 med potatoes - (to 6) peeled, sliced thick
4 x boneless pork chops - (to 6)
1 pkt stuffing mix with cranberries - (6 oz)
1 cup hot water
1 tbl soft butter
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Place potatoes in a 3 1/2-quart or larger crockpot; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Top with pork chops; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

Combine stuffing mix with 1 cup hot water and 1 tablespoon softened butter. Spoon over the pork chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
