Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat the pork chops in the seasoned flour or bread crumbs and insert one clove in each chop. Lightly brown each pork chop in a skillet and place them in a 9 x 13 baking dish. In small sauce pan, combine the water or stock, bay leaf, vinegar, sugar, sour cream and heat over medium heat for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over pork chops. Cover baking dish with foil and bake covered for 1 hour. Sue Says: This is a quick delicious way to fix pork. People who say they dont care for pork will ask for seconds of this dish.
