4 x pork chops -- 1/2 inch thick
1 tbl vegetable oil
2 x chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 stalk celery -- chopped
1 x carrot -- chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil in a large skillet; drain off pan drippings. Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in boiling water. Stir in next 6 ingredients; pour over pork chops. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender.

Yield 4 servings.
