Instructions: A 9 X 13 baking dish, with cover, or with aluminum foil for cover
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in oil. Spread the rice in the bottom of a baking dish. Lay the browned chops over the rice, and the sliced onion, tomato and bell pepper over the chops. Pour the water and wine over all, and sprinkle the garlic and oregano on top. Bake, covered, for about an hour, until the chops are done and the rice is cooked. Email this Recipe:
