Instructions: Chop the dried prunes and immerse in red wine for about 30 minutes.
Season pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika. Slice a small pocket in the middle, stuff with the chopped prunes. In a skillet, pan-fry the pork chops in medium heat until done. Remove pork chops and set aside. Deglaze pan with red wine. Add chicken stock and simmer for a minute. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water, then add to the sauce. Simmer for about 1-2 minutes until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper. .Serve pork chops with sauce and prunes on the side. Email this Recipe:
