1 cup Catsup
1 cup Maple syrup
2/3 cup White wine
1/4 cup Water
1 x Bouillon cube
1 x Bay leaf
2 x Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Ground ginger
3/4 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In sauce pan, combine all ingredients except pork chops. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes; stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, bake chops 30 minutes at 375 degrees; pour sauce over chops.

Bake 15-20 minutes more, spooning sauce over chops every 5 minutes.
