Instructions: Cut fat off of chops. Cook fat in fry pan to get 2 to 3 tablespoons of liquid. Mix flour, salt and pepper on a dinner plate. Coat each side of chops with flour mixture. Brown chops in fry pan. After chops are browned, pour in chicken broth and potatoes. Simmer til you cant take it any longer. Pour off whats left of the broth and add water and corn starch to make gravy.
Serve with corn and a salad. Have plenty of napkins close by. Dont be afraid to eat with your fingers! Email this Recipe:
