Instructions: Place the rack in the small roasting tin and lay on the chops.
Slide the roasting tin onto the top set of runners of the roasting ovenand grill the chops for 10 to 12 minutes depending upon thickness. Turn them over and cook for a further 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through. Mix together the cheese mustard and ale and spread over the chops. Return to the grill until the cheese has melted. Serve garnished with tomato and watercress. These chops are grilled and have a delicious copping. The chops can also be served plain cooked in the same way without the topping.
