Instructions: Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate the chops in a Ziplock bag for several hours before cooking.
To cook, place the chops over medium heat for around 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reads 150 degrees. For the Chipotle Sauce: Place everything in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Stir and serve. This recipe yields 4 servings. Comments: Pork goes with just about anything, so here is a little Southwestern twist for something different for that summer afternoon BBQ. Chipotles are jalapeno peppers that have been smoked.
