Instructions: Blend together the butter, honey, herbs and seasoning to taste. Place half the mixture in a frying pan, spoon the remainder on to a sheet of food wrap, roll up and refrigerate.
Heat the butter in the pan and cook the chops for approximately 6-8 minutes each side, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through. Serve immediately on a bed of mixed herb salad with a slice of the refrigerated butter on top of each chop. NOTES : A quick and simple way of transforming pork chops into a delicious meal.
