4 tbl Mustard powder
2 tsp Mustard seeds
6 x Fresh sage leaves, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried sage
2 tsp Chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
125 ml Dry cider, (4fl oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200 C/400 F/Gas Mark 6.

Mix together the mustard powder and seeds, herbs and cider and spread the mixture over both sides of the chops.

Put the chops on a foil-lined rack in a roasting tin and cook them in the oven for 45 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through.
